The incident on Raxus Secundus was a mission conducted by the Jedi Order during the Republic Era. Between around 50 BBY and 48 BBY, Jedi Masters Mace Windu and Dooku were sent by the Jedi High Council to the planet Raxus Secundus in order to retrieve the body of Jedi Master Katri and she was killed in an ambush. However, Dooku investigated the cause of death, which resulted in several Raxus guards being found guilty and captured by the Jedi for their involvement in Katri's death.
