Marchion's Declaration, also known as Marchion Ro's speech, was a speech given shortly after the destruction of Starlight Beacon in 230 BBY. The Eye of the Nihil Marchion Ro broadcasted the transmission from his flagship the Gaze Electric in which he revealed his identity to the Galactic Republic and asserted himself as the chief controller of the galaxy.
