Mission to Kashyyyk (Clone Force 99)
Canon Linked from 10 articles
The mission to Kashyyyk was a skirmish that took place on the planet of Kashyyyk early in the Imperial era. The mercenaries of Clone Force 99 attempted to return Jedi Padawan Gungi to his people on the planet, but subsequently joined a tribe of Wookiee warriors in fending off an Imperial convoy that was deforesting large swaths of the planet. The convoy was ultimately destroyed, and Imperial forces killed or routed due to the combined efforts of Clone Force 99, the Wookiees, and Kashyyyk's native fauna.
