The Mission to Utapau occurred prior to the Battle of Utapau, following the Battle of Coruscant.
Null ARC troopers Kom'rk and Jaing searched Utapau to track down the remaining leaders of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
The Republic forces discovered General Grievous and the Separatist Council, and immediately informed Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, who saw to it that Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi was dispatched to destroy Grievous.
