Sometime between 22 BBY and 21 BBY, during the Clone Wars between the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Galactic Republic, the Confederacy and the InterGalactic Banking Clan signed a non-exclusivity pact that allowed the Banking Clan to continue financial operations with the Republic and raise the value of the CIS credit. Information on the pact was reported in the "Confederate Credits Gaining Equity" article of the 14:3:10 edition of the CIS Shadowfeed propaganda program.
