Sunrise's civil war
Canon Linked from 26 articles
Sunrise's civil war was a civil war fought on the planet Sunrise in the Unknown Regions around 19 BBY. The civil war was orchestrated by Haplif of the Agbui, a servant of the Grysk "Jixtus," and devastated much of the planet. The Magys and around 200 of her species fled the war as refugees to the planet Rapacc. After the refugees escaped Sunrise, that planet was taken over and mined for nyix by the Agbui.
Nyix from Sunrise was subsequently used extensively in Haplif and Jixtus' plot to destroy the Chiss Ascendancy.
