Ceiran was a location in the Inner Rim Territories' Ceiran system, situated in grid square N-14 of the Standard Galactic Grid. The jewel thief Pax Maripher felt that Ceiran that was unlike the Core Worlds planet Coruscant. In 40 BBY, Maripher mentioned the difference between Coruscant and Ceiran when comparing kyber crystals with kohlen crystals to Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi while on the moon of the Inner Rim planet Pijal.
