The Dustig Trace, also known as the Dustig Trade Route, was a short Mid Rim hyperlane that, by 3705 BBY, linked the Kath, Malastare, and Demos systems. By 3702 BBY, the scout Freia Kallea linked the Dustig Trace to the Brentaal–Denon Route, and several years later the former hyperlane was also connected to the Rimma Trade Route. Eventually, the Dustig Trace was absorbed into the Hydian Way super-hyperroute and, around 3643 BBY, a trading consortium gained a monopoly on the shorter route.
