Free Trade sector

The Free Trade sector, also known as the Morlana sector, Preox-Morlana Corporate Sector, or the Morlana One Sector, itself a subsector of the Xappyh sector of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories, was a region of space under the control of Preox-Morlana. It contained the Morlani system, which was itself home to the desert world of Ferrix. The Galactic Empire used the ambush on Ferrix as a justification to take control of Preox's Morlana's territory. After initially falling as part of Lieutenant Blevin's territory, the sector was placed under Lieutenant Dedra Meero's supervision by Major Lio Partagaz as a reward for her due diligence and its importance to her investigation into the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire.
