The Gorgaria system was located in the Karthakk sector of the Outer Rim Territories. It was home to the species known as the Gorgarian buzzadder.
Around 3637 BBY, scientists from the Gorgaria system claimed to have synthesized a poison more lethal than Ziroxin-12, a chemical developed by the reconstituted Sith Empire. The future commander of the Eternal Alliance subsequently tasked a companion with researching the validity of the scientists' claims.
