Halbara was a location in the Halbara system of the Elrood sector in the Outer Rim Territories and Western Reaches. It fell within grid square M-20 of the Standard Galactic Grid. Ister Paddie, a Galactic Republic senator during the Separatist Crisis, wore an ornate golden outfit from Halbara in 22 BBY.
