Ilum system

The Ilum system was a star system in the 7G sector of the Unknown Regions that contained the ice planet Ilum in its fifth position, which was important in the training of Jedi younglings, as well as an airless planet furthest from the system's center. The system had one star, a blue dwarf named Asar that was extremely bright for its star type. Located further out in the system was a cometary cloud. Ilum later moved into a neighboring system by the First Order during the construction of a superweapon known as Starkiller Base on the planet.
