Lol sector

The Lol sector was a sector in the Outer Rim Territories and the Trailing Sectors that bordered the Merel, Skine, and Tolonda sectors and contained the Dom-Bradden, Drexel, Kendamar, Lol, Majilop, and Sil Gohtta systems. During the High Republic Era, the sector fell within the Galactic Republic's Galactic Frontier exploration region.

Between around 170 BBY and around 160 BBY, the Jedi Master Vernestra Rwoh visited Kiszo, a small planet in the sector. Around 233 BBY, Jedi younglings Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs accompanied the safari droid SF-R3 to deliver creatures to the nature preserve of the Lol sector celestial body Sil Gohtta. In 229 BBY, the Jedi Master Kelnacca and his Padawan, Yarzion Vell, battled members of the Nihil on Vianax, an astronomical object in the sector. The Lol sector became part of the Occlusion Zone following its formation in 230 BBY as one of ten sectors sealed behind a barrier preventing hyperspace travel. In 228 BBY, the Stormwall's fall dissolved the Occlusion Zone. The Lol sector astronomical object Drexel was associated with individuals known as Drexelian shell-diggers, who often dressed in ragged clothing.
