The Lyjdaa system was a star system located in the Outer Rim Territories and the New Territories, within the Kwymar sector. It was situated in grid square Q-4 of the Standard Galactic Grid. In the Lyjdaa system, Squadron Five of the Galactic Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing took severe casualties six months before the mission to recover the Imperial Star Destroyer Celerity in 4 ABY. In the aftermath of the losses, Commander Teso Broosh transferred to Squadron Five as its new squadron commander, at the request of the 204th's Major Soran Keize.
