The Whassik system was a star system in the Perkell sector of the Mid Rim Territories that fell within grid square Q-7 of the Standard Galactic Grid. It contained the terrestrial astronomical object Whassik IV, where the Mining Guild cut down on droid automation at a mining operation in 3 ABY. This created fifty-four thousand new jobs, with the guild forecasting manageable risk to the new organic workers and a significant increase in the operation's annual revenue.
