Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.
The Yoon Cloud was a nebula situated within the galaxy's Wild Space region. Its center contained a star system that was home to a species of 12-armed glider. While returning from the system shortly after its exploration, a Nova scout carrying a specimen of the species visited the University of Sanbra and left the glider there for the researchers to study. Professor Tem Eliss later mentioned the visit of the scout from the Yoon Cloud in the publication The University of Sanbra Guide to Intelligent Life.
