Algae-bread was a type of bread made from algae. A slice of algae-bread was used as one of the ingredients in the Giju slider served at Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant. Algae-bread could be served as a hors d'oeuvre and used as a stuffing where it was paired with roasted Rodian Karstag.
