Bantha patties were a foodstuff made from banthas, a species of mammals. The patties were edible by Humans. In 1 BBY, bantha patties were served in the mess hall aboard the Imperial prison barge Purge. The Purge Captain of the Guard, Jareth Sartoris, drank lukewarm caf and ate a reheated bantha patty that were offered in the mess hall.
