Bimm mustard was a type of mustard that shared its name with two species, one furred and the other Near-Human. The Besalisk Dexter Jettster enjoyed the taste of the mustard and used it in Dex's Diner, his restaurant on the planet of Coruscant, before the business was destroyed at some point in the first two years of the Galactic Empire's rule. It would be served upon request alongside any slider on the menu.
