Blue sprout

Blue sprouts were a type of food that was edible by humans and blue in color. In 228 BBY, the humans Jordanna Sparkburn and Sylvestri Yarrow invited Jedi Master Mirro Lox and his Padawan, Amadeo Azzazzo, to a meal at a canteen on the Republic Defense Coalition mobile launch and repair station. For the meal's first course, the canteen's owner, the Iktotchi Pop Teeno, served the group blue sprouts and a stewed sweet beet.
