Canon Linked from 3 articles
Brakkenback stew was a type of thick stew served at Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant. While holding several patrons of the diner hostage in 22 BBY, the Weequay Jarl demanded Dexter Jettster, the Besalisk proprietor of the diner, serve him a bowl of the stew. Jettster obliged before attacking the Weequay and throwing a pan of the stew at the protocol droid T7.
