Cheese blossoms were a type of food made with cheese that was edible by humans. In 19 BBY, the spy Chemish Runazha spent time waiting in the safe house they and their mentor, the Imperial Intelligence spy Haki Zeophrine, shared, listlessly trying to decide what to do with their life after several tumultuous events. One night, they decided to venture out of the house and bought some cheese blossoms from a street cart before returning to their lodgings.
