Commissar

A Commissar was an authoritative position on the planet Grizmallt. During the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems, Commissars of Grizmallt and the Arch-Provost of the planet Rendili began examine the Acclamator-class transgalactic military assault ship produced by Rothana Heavy Engineering, a subsidiary of Kuat Drive Yards. Anxious in shadowing their rivals, they ordered several industrial spies and starship designers to reduce their rival's lead for new Republic contracts, and with Rendili's extensive shipyards in the Mid Rim and Outer Rim Territories, could gain temporary ascendancy.
