Corellian sap-wine

Canon Linked from 1 article

Corellian sap-wine was a type of wine from the Core Worlds planet Corellia. It was potable by humans and possessed alcoholic properties. Several months after the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY, former Imperial loyalty officer Sinjir Rath Velus consumed Corellian sap-wine and became drunk. His crewmate Temmin Wexley tried to ask him for advice concerning self-identity, but upon attempting to respond, Velus burped and passed out. Weeks later, in 5 ABY, Wexley reflected on Velus's consumption of the beverage and how his drunkenness had prevented him from finishing their prior conversation.
