Dao-ben steamed buns were a type of bread that could be found on the Outer Rim planet Akiva. In the Imperial Era, buns of the bread were sold in a shop owned by the businessowner Master Hyor-ka in Akiva's capital city of Myrra. In 4 ABY, the junk dealer Temmin Wexley hid under the tarp of Hyor-ka's dao-ben steamed bun shop while spying on thugs working for the crime lord Surat Nuat.
