Dark Acolyte

A Dark Acolyte, also known as a dark side apprentice, was a title granted to any Dark Jedi that joined the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars and directly came to serve its Head of State, Count Dooku, secretly the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Tyranus.

These dark side adepts were embedded in the military and functioned as anything from assassins to spies to civilian commanders, depending on individual vocations, but all operated first and foremost as the Confederacy's enforcers. Though all trained in the Sith arts by Tyranus, none could claim the mantle of Sith due to the Rule of Two.

Most of the these disciples would become casualties of the war, and eventually even Tyranus was killed during the Battle of Coruscant.
