Dashi

Dashi was a type of foodstuff edible by Twi'leks. While onboard the light freighter Poor Crow, the Twi'lek Yuehiro made a simple soup consisting of miso paste melted in dashi with rehydrated vegetables, sharing a bowl with it with the pilot Ekiya, who liked it.
