The Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster used special nerfsteak seasoning on nerfsteaks, a dish that was served in his restaurant, Dex's Diner, which was located on the planet Coruscant. The seasoning—which contained a blend of black hole pepper, punctil, Serrian salt, and tertium—was a recipe that had been in his family for many years, being passed down from generation to generation. Jettster considered the seasoning as the secret to his nerfsteaks. The seasoning was used in his diner until the establishment was destroyed at some point during the first two years of the Galactic Empire.
