Dustcrepe

Dustcrepes were a type of food sold in the city Mos Espa on the desert planet Tatooine. At some point prior to their journey on the CR90 corvette Starfarer around 33 ABY, the human Ardent Quay and her friend Kotti traipsed through an entire market in Mos Espa in search of the stall selling the best dustcrepes. Sore and tired at the end of the search, Kotti commented that Quay's stubbornness was both endearing and exhausting, claiming that she would always either achieve her aims or fail and bring everyone down with her. Quay then recalled the hunt for dustcrepes while persistently seeking a store on the planet Coruscant around 33 ABY.
