Endrolian ground-apple juice was a type of juice that originated in the Endrolia system of the Core Worlds. During storage, it often unintentionally fermented and thus became alcoholic. The resultant beverage was sought-after, albeit not easy to procure, by the time of the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance.
