Enyak bobs were a type of food made from enyaks. They were edible to humans and Latero.
During a conversation with the Jedi Knight Cal Kestis in 9 BBY, the Latero Greez Dritus listed enyak bobs as one of several foods that he would cook to celebrate once they reached the planet Tanalorr. Dritus suggested he would get enyak bobs, Mygeeto burgers, and icefish as long as their human companion Bode Akuna did not have any allergies.
