Escape Plan JGT-HB was a contingency escape plan created by Cylo, a doctor and traitor of the Galactic Empire. In 0 ABY, when the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer Devastator found Cylo's fleet in the Crushank Nebulae, Cylo ordered Morit Astarte, a former Imperial agent, to prepare Escape Plan JGT-HB before reconsidering and electing Escape Plan JGT-HB-4 instead.
