Ferroan spinach was a type of spinach that shared its name with the sentient Ferroan species. Prior to its destruction between 19 BBY and 18 BBY, the eatery Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant included Ferroan spinach as an optional addition for its Gartro egg omelet for an additional five decicreds. In 44 ABY, the Humans Leia Organa Solo, Han Solo, Jagged Fel, Jaina Solo, and Tahiri Veila ate a meal in the Solos' safe house on Coruscant that included steamed Ferroan spinach.
