Firaxan shark fillet

A Firaxan shark fillet was a type of luxury meat, considered seafood, used in the restaurateur Dexter Jettster's eatery, Dex's Diner. The establishment on the planet of Coruscant was later destroyed in 19 BBY. The fillet was served grilled on his Manaan slider, a slider inspired by his exploits on the planet of Manaan that substitued one for the Mongo Beefhead patty he used in his other slider recipes. The fillet was considered a luxury food for milennia, as they were specially flown in from off-world by Voontara Fa'athra during the Third Galactic War.
