Fried Endorian chicken

Fried Endorian chicken was a type of fried food made from Endorian chicken, a non-sentient bird found on the forest moon Endor. The chicken was prepared by dipping the meat in pom seed flour then flash-frying it in hot aola. Four pieces of fried Endorian chicken were served as a dish at Dex's Diner, a restaurant operated by the Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster, on the planet Coruscant. The diner's menu listed the chicken under its dinner favorites section for 7.9 credits.
