Senator Bail Antilles of Alderaan was known to enjoy Gizer ale.
Prior to their involvement in the Alliance to Restore the Republic, Han Solo and Chewbacca raced in a bet against the smuggler Reck Desh for fifty cases of Gizer ale, which they won.
