Green hives was an allergic reaction to certain foods. In his experiences tasting meals in travels across the galaxy, the Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster ate multiple meals that made him break out in green hives. After opening up an eatery called Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant, Jettster reflected in his menu that for every meal that had given him green hives, he had eaten many more that made him smile.
