H'nemthe yam

H'nemthe yams were a type of vegetable that could be used in cooking. They were served candied as a side dish to be eaten with dinner in the eatery known as Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant. Dexter Jettster, the Besalisk chef and owner of the diner, enjoyed the dish and served portions of the yams for 3.5 credits each, at some point prior to his establishment's destruction during the first two years of the Galactic Empire's rule. The H'nemthe were a sentient species native to the planet of the same name.
