High Admiral

The title of High Admiral was used by the commander of Imperial Navy forces within an Imperial Sector Group. The title was usually granted to the Moff who led the sector. If the sector was involved in continuous naval actions, the Sector Group's high admiral was a distinct individual from the Moff, so that the Moff did not have to constantly devote their time to the conflict. During the Imperial Era, Markand served as a high admiral, and at one point received a copy of a message from Governor Mirash Peet of Indupar to Commodore Gor Lequar. Warlord of the Empire Zsinj was promoted to Grand Moff and as High Admiral of Crimson Command following the blockade of Dathomir. After some time, Warlord Zsinj promoted Treuten Teradoc as high admiral of Crimson Command.
