Hosnian Herbage

Hosnian Herbage was a simple and traditional vegetarian side dish from the Core Worlds planet Hosnian Prime that was made with exotic greens that grew in the various hanging gardens that served as serene getaway spots from the world's busy Republic City. After Hosnian Prime was destroyed by the First Order in 34 ABY, the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs included a recipe for Hosnian Herbage in this third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which he had published in 35 ABY following a culinary tour of the galaxy. He claimed in the book that serving the dish was a nice way to hang onto the memory of the lost world.
