The Insta-Meal was a type of processed foodstuff produced by SoroSuub Corporation and contained large amounts of essential nutrients. It was usually sold in small blocks allowing for pieces to be broken off and consumed independently. Its packaging allowed it to be easily transported and stored in survival packs. In 0 ABY, Wenny Boggs, a moisture farmer living on the planet Tatooine, brought a hunk of Insta-Meal when he traveled into the desert to hunt womp rats.
