Kabatha Crisp

Kabatha Crisps were a light brown, disc-shaped dessert created by the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs, who wanted to create a palatable version of the guts of the creature known as the kabatha, a traditional breakfast food on the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyk. He came up with the recipe after a few tries, deciding on a dish that was sweet, airy, and crunchy and was topped with a white dust. At some point after publishing his first cookbook in 34 ABY, Tuggs included a recipe for Kabatha Crisps in his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook, where he recommended the dessert for any holiday festivities.
