Kanali Wafers

Kanali Wafers were a type of Human-edible sugary pentagonal beige pastry whose ingredients included fruit and carbosyrup. The wafers were pressed flat and were served chilled. Around seven months after the Battle of Endor of 4 ABY, while on the planet Eiattu 6, Rogue Squadron lieutenant Tycho Celchu ate some Kanali Wafers, enjoying them but going against the custom by eating multiple at a time, which the protocol droid Poe pointed out to him. Celchu apologized and noted that he was not accustomed to eating what he considered "real food" as he was used to dry-rations instead.
