Kankee spice was a type of red-colored seasoning that was served along with Sketto Chuga on the Outer Rim Territories planet Tatooine.
In 3 ABY the scoundrel Kay Vess and her Merqaal companion Nix shared a Sketto Chuga meal in the Wonto District market in Mos Eisley. After initially complaining about it not being spicy, Vess had extra kankee spice added, however, the spice was almost too much for her.
