Kibi

Kibi was a dish found on the planet Vorzyd IV in the Outer Rim Territories. In 40 BBY, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi traveled to Vorzyd IV on as part of an investigation. One morning, the world's Vorzydiak Chairman, Port, left a meal of cold Kibi and patot panak at his dwelling for the Jedi, who dutifully ate it. Though Kenobi did not think the food looked appetizing.

The Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster offered a Vorzyd slider at his restaurant on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant. The slider's patty was topped with sautéed Vorzydiak mushroom and three kibi strips.
