Klatooine Crêpes

Canon Linked from 2 articles

Klatooine Crêpes was a festive dessert that consisted of an array of green crêpes stuffed with a red filling. They were created by Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs, who was trying to recreate the qualities of the creature known as the Klatooine paddy frog so that the frog's qualities could be enjoyed by those who had no intention of eating such a creature. At some point after publishing his first cookbook in 34 ABY, Tuggs included a recipe for Klatooine Crêpes in his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook. He claimed in the book that the dish would please nearly everybody.

One individual who did fall in love with the dish was an influential Hutt, and so Tuggs was booked to tour Hutt Space in his food freighter. He took the tour as part of a culinary tour of the galaxy that he made between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, and wrote about in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, in 35 ABY.
