Lattice-bean cakes were a type of cake. During the Nihil marauders' occupation of the Outer Rim planet Valo in 229 BBY, Jedi Padawan Ram Jomaram reflected that his Jedi Master, Kunpar Vasivola, often smelled like the cakes due to the latter hiding from the Nihil by posing as a harmless, elderly caretaker of the Valo Temple.
