Maintenance duty clone

Maintenance duty clones, also called maintenance troopers or maintenance clones, were clones of bounty hunter Jango Fett who, instead of seeing active combat like other clone troopers, were assigned maintenance duties like working as a janitor. A clone named 99 was a maintenance clone because he experienced genetic and physical defects due to errors when he was being cloned. He remained on Kamino for the rest of his life and worked as a maintenance clone.
