Mosskà

Mosskà was a red plant that grew on cobs and was cultivated on the moon Toshara. In 3 ABY, the Irio street food stall in the Market District of Mirogana served a dish called Che Mosskà, which included freshly picked mosskà that was slow–grilled.

During that same year, the thief Kay Vess and her Merqaal companion Nix share a meal of Che Mosskà.
