Mubasa sauce was a spicy sauce which could be consumed by members of the Hutt species. It partially shared its name with Mubasa hock, another type of food. In 1 ABY, the Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure ate a live gorg, an amphibious creature which had been coated in mubasa sauce, while he questioned a Trandoshan bounty hunter named Bossk in the Hutt's palace on the planet Tatooine.
